Easter Sunday dinner - I KNOW y'all bringin it!
I made Palau( its a cook-up of Rice ,Chicken and pigeon peas) with a Side of Cole slaw.
The parental had a make-up party today and I decided to cook for the guest..since I didn't feel like baking.

I know I am late but I was soo busy yesterday. I cooked: ham, rice dressing, green beans & potatoes, deviled eggs and mini cheesecakes...CARBS ARE GOOD ALL THE TIME AND ALL THE TIME CARBS ARE GOOD!!!!

My god my mouth was salivating just reading the menu ideas. I went to my parents for easter dinner. I was feeling guilty for indulging in a dessert on Sunday. I exercised very hard yesterday at the gym to burn it off!!!! I had the lap band surgery and I have not had a fill so I am sort of on my own until the April 21st when I get my first fill.
Rockin Robin!! It is 2010 and I love myself enough to make me a priority.
