#1MM, Got a question! Others please chime in too.
So, here's my question: According to DailyPlate.com, to lose 2lbs a week with moderate exercise I should be consuming 1688 calories daily. So how would that be broken down daily with calorie staggering?

Couple things about this:
1 – each meal should have no more than 30g of carbs, and you should eat at least half as much grams of protein as you do carbs for each meal to balance it. Ex: 30g of carbs should be eaten with at least 15g of protein. You can always do more protein, never overload on carbs.
2 – as far as staggering – you can cut your calories by 200 on non exercise days, and add 200 on your exercise days as a ‘feed’ to your body.
3 – don’t forge****er – 60-80 oz a day
4 – Maintain a 2hr timeframe minimum between meals – anything you eat within this timeframe is immediately converted to fat.
