NEW LAP-BAND PATIENT

I'm a month into post-op of the lap-band and I'm having somes doubts.   I'm looking for a buddy to ride this journey with me.  Help!!!!  March 8, 2010

Hi was banded in July and am still having "doubts" lol...but its okay. How was your procedure? What are you doubting?

The procedure went o.k., I guess I'm working on feeling my body, trying to get this mental hunger out of my head.

It's natural.  Just breathe!  What's going on?  Where are you struggling?  How can we help?

The mental hunger. How do you deal with it?

 I'll be 3 years out in May and yes it's a hell of a ride! What do you need help with? What are you doubting? (someone else asked you this too lol)

I guess I need help getting my mind together.  I thought I had it all figured out, butdid I fool myself.   I'm a fighter, but I need  some reenforcment.  Thanks.

You may want to post your concerns on the Lap Band forum. Everyone there has had your procedure and gives you support, feedback and answer your questions that are specific to the band.  Keep posting in order to get some answers or direction but I suggest you be more specific in your questions, concerns and/or doubts.
