I did not do the numbers yet folks but I will tell you that yesterday was batter dipped and deep fried.
Fish, seafood, even a couple of hush puppies. Plus I had a bag of pretzels. Calorie wise I'd have been better off with a bag of ff ruffles and an entire box of sf eskimo pies. But the protein... Its over the top.
I'm still out of multies, went to the store and forgot them twice. Only got half the other vits in and my water was low too. I did get a full workout although the calorie burn was below average. I wasn't feeling my best but I got it done. Six hundred fifty calorie burn to soak up that greasy fish.
ETA:
Despite venturing into the world of carbs and the deep fried, I came away with a calorie deficit above the pound a week range. I owe it to my workout.
Too many folks hold on to the studies claiming you don't loose more weight or faster with exercise. However, in the long run, it can be the difference between maintaining a deficit or regaining weight. I would have had a surplus of near 100 calories vs a deficit of near 600 if I did not work out yesterday. Calorie surplus equals eventual weight gain.
Calories 1743/ exercise calories 667/ calorie deficit 590/ protein 175g/ net carb 131g/ fat 45g

I wish I could say lesson learned but I won't fool myself it will happen again I'll just work harder to limit these occurrences. Still had a decent calorie burn yesterday I love my go wear fit it really gives me a clearer picture as to how my body is burning. I highly recommend it. A little pricey but worth it in my opinion. Hoping to reach my water and protein goal for today It's looking bleak but I'm gonna give it a shot. No workout today and probably not tomorrow will be starting strong for Monday. I'm going to try calorie cycling next week so we'll see how that works for me.
