What about all those peeps you'll be swiping from the kid's Easter baskets? Leave that damned candy alone or start paying the cardio forward!!!

I am happy to report that I got 64 ounces of water in with the last drop by 9:00 last night. I am unhappy with the scales this morning. I am up three pounds. I took myself off the assistance for about two or three days so I could try to get some sleep and this is what happens. I will work harder today at getting my water in at an earlier time.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

My knee is feeling really good today, I can even bend it all the way. I still have to limp and can't put all my weight on it, but it is a lot better.
I am going to work on getting all my water in today. Still pretty upset today but trying to turn that around.

I understand your upset. I'm visibly swollen today but I know its from high sodium. I have not been able to cook lately so a lot of eating out.
I'm staying off the scale for now. I do not need any more drama in my life right now.

Calories 1491/ protein 106g/ net carb 115g/ fat 60g Liquids about 90 oz but no plain water. All supps except I'm out of multies, again.
I've got to get my kitchen under control and stop eating out. This week its been high fat high carb low protein no carb high carb ... everything but straight. This is what happens when I don't properly plan.
I've managed to keep calories under control despite being sick all week and not working out as much as expected. Deficit holding around a pound to a pound and a half for the week.
I need a cook to keep me properly fed this week.
I bounce between 0.5 lb and 3 lb weekly deficit.� It used to be up to a 5 lb deficit but I'm too close to goal for that now.��
I'v been on point sice my surgery date.� Never averaged less than two pounds� a week in any given month.� Nevertheles, since 8/22/2009 I've only lost 16 lbs and that does not include this week's pounds up.�
If I did not have you to prove I'm not alone in this metabolic cluster fkcu, I'd have jumped off a bridge by now.� What the hell is our problem???�� �� We are the types science needs to study.�
