I ate a total of 15.7 oz yesterday at almost 100 calories per oz.  That shows you how food choices can make all the difference.  I normally can eat all day for far less in calories.  The reason?  High FAT!

I had fatty pork sausage.  A type I have not eaten in many years.   I am not in a cooking mood so I put it under the broiler and had sausage for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  Low volume but true heart attack food. 

Workout cancelled due to illness.  Still sick today so my run is likely postponed.  Liquids, 90 oz, no plain water.  All supplements except my multi.  Only one of three taken because I'm out again. 

Calories 1494/  protein 56g/   net carb 7g/   fat 133g.  All meat yet not enough protein.  Shame on me.

7 carbs is way low, or are you dropping them again? Even if you are that is still way to low.

I hsve been staying at the same ******g weight going down a few then up a few, then down a few then right back up.   Kiss my azz 

My diet has been exceptional, and I even skipped my m&m's Sunday.  DAM, DAM, DAM.

That 7g net carbs shocked the **** out of me.  Totally accidental.  I could not repeat that if I tried. 

My total carbs was just 18g.  I was not purposefully cutting, but hopefully it will kick me into ketosis.  Even at under 50g net I can't seem to hit ketosis.  No ketones = No weightloss.  I can't even hit trace ketones lately. 

I did not eat much veg yesterday which is my main carb source.  I'm sure it was cause I ate like a newbie with a total 16 oz for the day.  I was really wanting junk food so rather than give in I stuck to protein... and fat.  My carbs were out of control over the last week so I'll consider this a make up day.  That lack of ketones had me saying fkcu it. 

Damn, you even gave up the m&m's.  I've been three pounds up and I'm mad about it.  I know if I get into the treats I'd be saying I'm gaining anyway so...   You know the rest. 

I can do a day of junk under 1100 calories: One box of sf eskimo pies, 600 cal; one can of ff pringles 420 cal.  LOL.  I'd have saved 400 cal if I went the junk food route yesterday.

I swear it's like we are in the same hell and it's burning both our asses.   I really don't understand why I am so stuck,  I went and got me some of that ****ting Tea,  Smooth Moves girl I had a cup yesterday and I still haven't gone.    I am thinking I am going to drink another cup cause I feel like a stuffed pig full of crap.

Becca said I was full of **** yesterday when I was trying to sike her out about something and we busted out laughing cause i'm so clogged up.  LOL   I hate this feeling. 

Do you use this Smooth Moves or that dieter's tea ?

I have not tried it but its a good idea.  #1MM hipped me to dulcolax.  Maybe the combo of smooth move, dulcolax and some benefiber will get me moving.  Mirilax and correctol don't do it anymore.  I even tried those fleet supositories, nasty things, but nothing worthwhile. 

I've got to wonder if the fact thay we stay blocked is not related to why we can't loose?  I mean damnit, we has wls, we are supposed to loose.  Maybe not fast but at least a normal 2 lbs a week.

I have dulcolax in the bathroom with a bunch of other crap that don't work.    Becca seems to think that being clogged has something to do with not losing but i'm not clogged up to often just recently.

Well today was supposed to be the first day that I start drinking a minimum of 64 ounces every day this month...I have only had 12 ounces and it is 12:34 p.m. CST.  Why must it be so hard for me to do this?  I am challenging myself and I know that I can do this.  Not only will it assist with me losing the weight but drinknig water will more than likely clear up my ever so sensitive skin.  I will report back in tomorrow if I was able to get down the 64 ounces.

Keep a bottle with you and sip sip sip.  Its damned near impossible if you try it all at once.  I try to get a pt before breakfast and one before bed.  Then I just need one after each meal to make my 80 oz.  You CAN do this!

Hit the gym early this morning.  Probably will hit it again tonight...after son's practice of course.  If not, I'm off tomorrow (hell yeah).  Food choices suck right now.  Got a big ole Protein Plus bar I need to get down (yuk).  But I gotta do it.
