Sorry so late.  I just do not want to deal with today.  Unfortunately its impossible to hide from life.  Soooo...

One year out today.

Son's everyday practice jacking up my schedule.  I just got to adjust.  Did do my cardio yesterday and back.  Was supposed to do arms but ran out of time.  I'll double up tonight with run and arms and I'll be caught up.

Year labs looked good except vit D.  Tanked really low.  Not surprised.  Working to get that back up. Protein and calcium were fine.  Sugar was 73 the day I drew the labs.  B vits are high.  Other than that....good.

Ate like crap today.  Took kids to dentist.  I promised a "treat" when done.  Well, I ended up jacking up some donuts and a piece of pound cake and a Wendy's double stack .  Yeah, I know I f*cked up this morning.  Haven't had my usual protein coffee and bacon today.  But Ima get it going on here in a minute.

You look fantastic!  Laugh???  Its more like       drool, lol. 

I want to see more big toothy grins in your next pics.  You are living proof of what making up those missed work outs does for a body.

I ate a lot yesterday.  Not in volume, just poor choices.  It was my treat day and I went hog wild.  Food was partially emotion driven as opposed to selecting some of those good 'bad' foods.  I cannot let the head issues get the best of me. 

I had a tiny calorie deficit, under the one pound per week range, but a deficit nevertheless.  I owe it to a run and a body sculpting workout.  Calories 2092/   protein 168g/   net carbs 171g/   fat 76g.  Liquids totaled well over 100 oz but zero plain water.  All vits taken.

First solo upper body kettle bell workout this morning - OUCH!!!  I think I hurt my shoulder! 

F-CK!!!  I was actually doing chair dips - I think I let my arms go too wide in the dip. 

Not one of those knee bending pains, just a constant needling that says 'Who da heyl told you to change the routine, nicca?  Ok - you want muscle confusion - I'll GIVE you some confusion......'



Eating was good - and I'm on track today too - just still need to get more water in, taking laxatives to substitute is NOT the right move.

I could never master those chair dips.  Upper body has always been my weak area.  Gonna hit the grown up gym (I live near the small sattelite location) and get a good total body weight workout today. 

Switching up kicks ass but it is soo worth it when you see the results.

Disgusted with my body, but I have been eating really well so i'm proud about that i'm just tired of working my ass off and never getting any real results.

protien done vits and water in progress....not a scheduled gym day but added some spontaneous exercise into my day...tryna change my sednentary lifestyle. Walked to and from the store...my son was like 'why we gotta walk? You went to  the gym yesterday.' lol...

Food was aiiight...hungry as he22 today....also succumed to some junior  mints, but it will be all right. Will make better choices the rest of the night.

Yes girl, add that activity whenever you can.  I was home last week so we walked to shop, to the movies, out to dinner, etc.  All the advantages of city life.  Active lifestyle trumps gym only.
