OT: Erykah Badu - WTF???

You likely have heard of the stunt Erykah pulled in Dealy Plaza in downtown Dallas by now.

I have all her music (not including the new CD which is the one she's promoting with this new 'music video').  I wont be spending my $$ voting yes to this.

Coming from her, this doesn't surprise me at all.
We all know she's a little...different!
Her new CD came out yesterday, I like it so far, although I'm not done listening to the whole thing yet.

I will reserve judgement until I see the video.  

I have to say though, it's created a lot of buzz for her.  She even made CNN. 

I remember when Alanis Morissette went nekkid in one of her videos in the 90's.  It wasn't cute...

Time will tell whether or not this was a smart move for Erykah.

I have no problem with it.

For one, she's FIONE!!

And secondly, you're missing the point she's trying to make. She is speaking out against group-think and stating that anybody who goes against the grain and is an individual will be shot down...sometimes literally.

I've seen the video and actually like the song.
I will be purchasing this CD today.
Not for or against what she has done in this video ~ I actually didn't see anything wrong, although I was shocked at first.

Target has it for 9.98 this week!!!

The message.......I get it...and she daggone sure has everyone watching it and wanting to buy the music...but really if I was chillin downtown w/ my 8 year old son, imma need a warning that you getting ready to strip hun.
