I did not stop to weigh this morning but my numbers have me on track to have lost 1.1 lbs over the past week per my calorie deficit. If only I really lost what the deficit implies every week. Ho hummm. Same old story. I'll skip the *****'n & moan'n just for today .
Anyhooo... I did ok yesterday. Kept calories in check. Full workout, cardio and strength. Liquids above 80 oz, majority plain water and all supplements taken. Net carbs above 50g are my only transgression.
Calories 1246/ protein 100g/ net carb 61g/ fat 56g
Here's and FYI:
Check out Applebees under 550 cal menu when you're in the mood for standard chain restaurant fare. The steak meal is just 390 calories for meat & potatos and a veg. I made two meals of it and had enough calories available for the cheesecake shooter desert, 360 calories. It was really good and reasonably priced.

OK after a enema to get rid of the backup, I am at the lowest I have been this year. Yes I know I will be heavier tomorrow but I ain't talking about tomorrow.
I have 4 more pounds to put me in the 80's. I swear if I get to that promise land I will work so hard to stay and go down more. I am very heavy, even when i'm thin i'm really heavy but there is no need to be this heavy.
So I am going to continue to eat well, exercise, and do what I know to do.

I'm back on the grind. I had hurt my back over a month ago and have been out of commision but I'm feeling much better now. Back to serious DS eating and starting P90 today. Someone gave me both P90 and P90X so I'll start with the beginners one since I've been out the game so long. Here's the eating today
B- Caramel Protien Frappachino
S- 6 oz greek yogurt w/ 1/4 C granola
L- Honey ginger salmon and 1/2 C rice
S- slice of homemade BBQ chicken pizza (yummy)
S-protien shake after workout
D- Jerk chicken stir fry w 1/2C rice

Okay okay....
Got a little behind on the cardio last week...missed one cardio session but got errythang else in. Reason is I was doing law enforcement refresher training the entire week plus son just started baseball practice in the afternoons so was beat by the time I got home. But, new week. Planning to hit the Gym late tonight, as my boy has BB practice again. Got cardio, so 30 minute minimum run and leg activity.
today I had my usual 4 scrips bacon, hashbrown and protein coffee
Lunch: chicken pot pie, corn dawg
...and motivated!!!!

protien vits and water almost done.i have upped my plain water goal to 96 oz per day. not a scheduled gym day today, so im SORE and chillin. tommorrow's workout is going to be a beast cause i am sore from the back down. Food was good today ....salad with zero cal dressing and turkey breast is my best friend at work.
