Sunday Dinner - what's cookin????
I still have chicken and chili left over from last week - I might make chicken salad and a quiche for b-fast thru the week. Not really 'feeling' or craving anything, so I'm just blah about it all. But I know I need to have things on hand or I'll slip into bad choices. Failure to plan is planning to fail - and I am not going to let that happen.
So - what are you burning today peeps???
Absolutely NOTHING, lol.
I'm home with the family this weekend and if anyone wants to eat they'd better take me out. I'm not cooking and I know they're not going to do it.
I have a few pre made meat & veggie meals in the freezer if needed but its likely the diner today. Of course I will be dining vicariously through this thread as usual . You folks eat so much better than I do!

I feel ya lol - every since we started the I'm to lazy to cook a few wks ago it kinda stuck huh? lol lol. Well it was a no cook day for me - went to church with a friend of mine, overslept so I had to rush to meet them at their house which is a good 20 min drive - so no time to set out anything. After we got out of church stopped by Krogers and picked up a rotisserie chicken and a pizza from the deli dept since they slashed the price to $3.49 for this ginormous pizza which is normally like $8.00 bucks. So for dinner I had sliced chicken breast from the rotisserie over tossed salad, my dtr ate some of the pizza. Plan to shred the chicken later for salads next week and slice up the pizza for a after school snack and plan to freeze the rest. I hope everyone has a great Sunday, about to finish watching this documentary on MSNBC.
