Interval one, wow, they really upped the pace.
Interval two, I was tired, really feeling it.
At interval three I was praying for it to end, counting the minutes...
By interval four I was alternating between praying for death, a potty break, perhaps stoping for a drink of water, a fire alarm.... pleeease just let me stop
But I finished and Dear GOD I've got to do this twice more! Then weeks 9 and 10!!!
Somewhere I must have lost my mind. If anyone comes accross it please let me know.

LOL, Those runs get long and hard very fast you are so right.
Whatever you do don't stop running once you start because if you do you are not going to want start back up. The runs are hard but you are doing them. You are almost done.

I had started running everyday and that is how I ended up jacking up my knee. So whatever you do, if you get the running bug do not run everyday it's to much wear and tear on your body.
I miss running, but I am letting my knee heal and don't know if I will be running much anymore, it is not worth my knee health but man do I miss the heck out of it.

Yeah that is how I messed up my knee this is the same knee I tore a ligament in twice before. But this time I was running and I heard a loud pop and pain in my knee but I kept running and I ran 3 days after on that sore knee and damaged it good.
But my knee is feeling like it's healing finally. I get another X-ray on it on the 14 of April to see how it's doing. The doc told me that my bones are grinding and that isn't helping with the pain. So with the torn ligaments and the grinding my running days are probably over.
