After Friday's food fest I'm back to my usual and even got a full workout in.�

Calories 1240/ protein�129g/ net carbs� 68g/ fats� 50g
Liquids, 96 oz, except for one pint, all plain water; all supplements taken.� Workout calories 809, calorie defiit 1238.�

I've made up for the yesteday's calorie surplus.� Its all good.�

I did well today, really really well.    About a hour ago I was dying for something bad to eat but I decided to have a cheese stick and some strawberries.

I am really really trying hard to stick to this and I hope I get the pay off on the 14th.  If I don't i'm going to keep trying any way.

That's right girl, keep doing it!  Its those little snack choices that can really screw us up.  Good choices. 

My late night snack was...   uhmmm...  not so good.  Five crackers, three potatoships, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 oz chicken...  before I finally ran my greedy @$$ out of the kitchen.   It was like I was trying to taste a little of everything     .   When will I ever learn     .

Hey lady!!!

Man - my damn arms are SORE from yesterday!!!!  ****** kettle bells! LOL.  And the thing that's ******g me off is that I use a good amount of weight in the gym - but had to '***** down' my #s on the kettle bells......and I do NOT like it!!! So now I'm on a mission to master them hoes - only using 10lbs for compound squat/shoulder press has me mad than a mofo.......

anyhoo - I did well yesterday - didn't stray off the course - because I didn't have anything in the house to really mess up with.  I'll do my weekly shopping shortly and stock the house for the week so I don't fall off - my goal today is fluids - I'm going to make a fresh gallon of tea - my goal is to kill it today.

Those kettle bell moves are no joke.  Don't let pride pull a muscle, lol. 
Even with lighter weight its a kick ass workout.  I was thinking about switching up, but I'll admit its harder than the free weights.  Sticking to my body sculpting for now...

hit that gym b4 church this morning....protien vits and water in progress. I killed at the gym and now up to 2.7 miles in 30 minutes...watch out now I will be up to 3 miles soon!!
