I'm not done for the night but my calories and carbs will be reversed from where they should be.  Its been a low protein high carb kind of day. 

Calories 1116/ protien 61g/ net carbs 108g/ fat 46g. 

By the end of the evening I'll have my 80 oz in including a quart of plain water and all vits taken.  I'm going to have to work on the protien.  I've got two days below minimum this week and three days below 100g. 

Its been a marginal week at best nutritionally and a dismal week for exercise.  in spite of myself, my calories are holding steady in the one pound per week deficit range.

I did awesome today,  I am sitting in bed just thankful that I made it through this day especially after having gone out with family for dinner.   I was so good , I just hope I can do as well tomorrow and for the next two weeks before I go to my group bypass meeting.

I wish I could make more support group meetings.  I really need them.

Girl, I feel you on success eating out.  I went to the movies and out to dinner and managed to stay within my calories THANK GOD.  Protien and carbs sucked but the calorie count is good.  I can live with the rest. 

Congratulations on holding things in check!

The assistance is working...I weighed in at 189.6. I have no concrete plan other than to keep takign the assistance and limiting my carb intake.  After Saturday, I will have no excuses to exercise...Win or Lose, I want to be able to rest and get rid of the bags underneath my eyes from working too hard.

I just made it back from the gym - full body weights and lil cardio as usual.  My right knee is bugging me tho - so I didn't really hit it hard like I wanted.  Plus, I have my first training session tomorrow morning, so I don't want to overdo it and really mess something up.

Protein shake and bagel going down right now, we are having a women's leadership lunch at a resturant near the J - it's got some good, fresh and simple choices on the menu - I'm looking forward to that.  And - I decided to treat myself to shrimp egg foo young and brown rice for dinner. 

Water - shooting for 60 oz.

Vitamins - done.

SO glad it's Friday!!!!!  Nothing planned for the weekend - just glad I made it through the week!

water protien and vites done. Rest day today from gym...calories RIDICULOUS!!! Really...did I need the big ass panerea bread blueberry bagel they set out at work today? Or the bag of cheezits? Or the special k bar and extra cup of yougurt? Or the handful of teddy grams from my son's snack? 

 Come on now...I gotta get my ish together. No more mind games!!!

Sounds like the carb monster is all up and through youe menu.  Time to slay that monster.

Preserve that knee.  You don't want to end up out of commission.  Let us know how the training session goes.  I'll be sooooo glad when I can scrape up some personal training $$$.
