Saturday's are lonesome days on BAF as of late. Fewer witnesses to yesterday's eating, lol. I ate like I was in HEAVEN. It was really good and a lot of fun so you know the numbers are from HELL.
The day was high calorie, high fat, and astronomical carbs with just enough protein. I hit my favorite Indian vegetarian place and everything is cooked in oils. Wonderfully seasoned oils. Plus, every hot meal I had was restaurant prepared. I did not eat a lot of volume but the fact that it was not low fat and extra lean like made in my kitchen killed the calories. And the carbs? Well I just don't normally do thoses food items. It was a rare day of all treats.
Calories 2299 / protein 104g / net carbs 254g / fats 81g
The only compliant number is the protein, equal to or greater than 100g. The rest are all bust.
All supplements taken. Liquids are a pint short at 64 oz but all except one pint was plain water.
That's two things done right . Protein and plain water. The day is not a total cluster fkcu.

Girl it sounds like you had a good time eating bad. Eating bad is so dam fun.
I am doing great on my eating, haven't been really exercising because of the knee, which by the way is feeling better so I may start working more next week. I am trying to eat really well cause I know when we go to Vegas in a few weeks for our anniversary I may transform into a freaking hog.
My jeans are still tight as hell and I still use the rubber band to close them but I am not giving up.
I am doing great on my eating, haven't been really exercising because of the knee, which by the way is feeling better so I may start working more next week. I am trying to eat really well cause I know when we go to Vegas in a few weeks for our anniversary I may transform into a freaking hog.

Had my first session with my trainer - WHOOWEEEE! Gaaaddddamn!!!!! Man I am sore and sleepy after that bullchit! hahahhaha
He had me working upper body using kettle bells - I'd never heard of them, but when I say they are the TRUTH - you betta hear me!!! LOL.
He also gave me some tips on restructuring my regular workouts and he did my body fat % - 33% is my current. I want to get to 25 - so that's my first 'goal' marker.
Doing okay for today - haven't really eaten all that much tho - I might just catch a lil afternoon nap - I'm still hungover from last night!!! LMAOOOOOO

Eating....better but not there yet. Missed the gym today but went hiking with my son's boy scout troop and jogged at intervals on the trail. (last year this time I refused to go on the trail at all.This year I was eagerly leading the pack! WOW!!)
Will make up my workout tomorrow and have restocked the vitamins. Back on the full track tomorrow. Currently doing a herbal cleanse in preperation. Im tired of the guilt feelings that come with non-compliance....TIME to do something about it!!! Im ready.
