No need playin',  I am a food addict too, don't plan

on being a morbidly obese one again.

 Update  

Breakfast – Approx. ¾ of a sandwich made with whole wheat bread, meat spread, boiled egg and cheese
Lunch – ½ hamburger patty with cheese on 1 slice of whole wheat bread
Snack – ½ apple and a small container of sugar free Jello  

I’ve finished all of my supplements except the calcium.  

I’ll figure out dinner later.

Well dayum.. thanks for sharing and I only said dayum because this was heavy but raw and even though I'm in the beginning of my journey I appreciate the raw realness of it and how early in the game it educates me and reminds me that this is a lifelong battler, but also that its one that cand be won and that the feelings  I feel even now are human.

I've had that battle with food repeatedly.  Thats why I track and know my total s before I eat if at all possible.  Less waste, no  eating past full, and saving it for later is calculated in. 

Hopefully, I'll be able to just scrape it all into the bin and skip the leftovers.  For now, I'v got something that works.  Hopefully, it will  help get me to goal.
