LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Not a gym day for me – so I ‘slept in’ till 6am LOL
I brought tuna salad and turkey chili to work – I tend to snack and graze while sitting at my desk all 8 hrs, so I figured I’d bring something good to keep me from walking to the vending machine of carb death…….
And umm **caution TMI coming up** I may have unearthed a problem I didn’t realize….. been bloated lately (I notice that way more since my TT) and took some laxatives……I been backed up like a mofo!!! LOL I got off the bowl feeling 2lbs lighter and chit! I think I may add a softener to my weekly routine – gotta keep things moving!
Anyhoo – I am going to work on getting my water in – that’s been my only ‘failure’ lately.
The Ugly: Water, barely anything. Bad, really bad. Protein, well .
The Bad: No exercise but if you read my previous post that's no surprise.
The Good: I held the calories in check even if they were all empty. All vitamins taken, at last. I'm still holding around the one pound deficit for the week before work out calories. I still miss those couple hundred caloties, lol.
Wednesday's totals:
Calories 1237/ protein 42g/ net carb 180/ fat 31g
I am doing OK on grazing,exercise and NO fast foods. Scale not moving for a sista this week but that is OK because last week I had a huge weight loss. As long as I know I am not eating any fast foods and staying within my calorie range, I will be patient. As long as scale is not moving upwards, I am
Staying off the scale as I just finished taking a round of steroids for the bronchitis I had last week and one of the side effects of the meds is that I ate like a runaway slave after emancipation. Gram crackers galore, diet soda, crackers, just to name a few of the habitual offenders. Need to get back to the rules of the pouch.
