GM FAM!!!!!
Just the low down on me.
I am doing great, losing weight (the weight I gained )
I am in minimal pain (acupuncture saved my life)
I am getting balance back in my life (thanks to GOD)
Acupuncture has handled my pain, food cravings , nervous eating,
being cold all the time. Things are great
I am working on a new food plan...experimenting (food science and nutrition is the bomb)
I am back on track in school and ministry.
My life is good and I am progressing and seeing success
I encourage anybody struggling to keep pressing forward no matter what you are going through victory can be yours if you want it.....
5 yrs out and struggled 4 of the 5 years but my goal is still in front of me ...I had to get rid of my hinderance (constant pain)
It is finally under control and I am moving forward.
30lbs in 14 days ...God is good to me...I will keep it movin
