LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
What's turned to **** is my work outs for the week. Not going to happen. It will be exercise light as I can. Not what I wanted but its better than nothing.
I'm holding the calories down a little trying to maintain a one pound deficit for the week before work out calories. I miss those couple hundred caloties, lol.
The Bad: I forgot the calcium again. Multi's taken. Protein less than 100g. I'm still visibly swollen so I will not get on the scale. If I see the numbers I will freak and eat something I need to leave alone. The last thing I need is to do is give myself a reason to say screw it and eat like a fool.
The Good: Net carbs holding steady below 50g.
Tuesday's totals:
Calories 1207/ protein 75g/ net carb 43/ fat 78g
Protein is low and fats high because I replaced my protein powder for the day with a pack of honey roasted cashews. It was sooo worth it. I got my protien requiement in and that's what's most important.
Plain water zero, total water 80 oz.

This journey is a rough one at times. I did extremely well until yesterday afternoon when I beef had burrito covered with cheese. The good thing is...that is the only food I ate all day. I got in 50 ounces of water which is a vast improvement over the past couple of weeks. I will still shoot for 64 today.

Thanks...LOL @ scolding cancelled due to insufficient info. I know it is not good to not eat all day...it just happened to turn out that way due to me being entirely too busy to barely breathe. Saturday hurry up already!

Whaddup??!!!!! I just got in from the gym - good workout this morning. I also paid for my 8 session contract with the trainer yesterday - my first session will be this Sat morning, so I am on track with exercise!
Eating yesterday......umm...... SHIOT! I don't know what the hell has my lil mind tweaking for carbs and snacks, but I grazed like crazy yesterday. I will be working from home today - no snacks around the house really so I should do better......
Vitamins are done, I have a gallon of tea in the fridge, so my goal is to get that down today.
