Howdy Stranger!

I am maintaining not doing so bad but not doing what I should either. I'm back on the wagon this week and going to see a personal trainer this week. I have two to choose from so that decision will be made today. Getting in my protein and water so that's a plus just need to kick it into gear. I was in Atlanta this past weekend and with the nice weather...........it showed me that I need to get my butt moving because when it gets nice in the "D"; I want to be ready. :)

I wasn't feeling my finest yesterday and I'm still in a funk today....can I puhleeze get an exercise pass? 

I'm on track with my vitamins, H2O and eating. I'm out of cheese sticks so I'm snacking on deli roast beef today - 2 slices have 14g of protein. 

Here's my menu for today - 

breakfast Greek Yogurt Strawberry On The Bottom
breakfast Peanuts
morning snack Roast Beef (deli)
lunch Snow Crab Legs
afternoon snack Roast Beef (deli)
afternoon snack Special K Protein Shake- Strawberry
dinner Spinach & Asiago Cheese Chicken Sausage
evening snack Popcorn

Total Protein: 103g
Total Carbs: 75g
Total Fat: 27g

Looks like most of us are wanting for an exercise pass this week and its only the begining.  We'd all better kick it in gear.  One pass per week per BAFer, maximum, lol.
