I'll start with The Ugly:  No exercise. 
When I set my workout schedule I was over ambitious given what's happening this week.   I'm not sure how much I'll get in.  It may be exercise light for the week. 

The Bad:  I forgot the calcium.  Multi's taken. 

The Good:  Net carbs below 50g, finally a trace of ketosis.  For me, no ketosis equals zero weight loss. 

Monday's totals:
Calories 1133/ protein 137g/ net carb 31/ fat 47g

Plain water 1 pint and total water 80 oz.  


I'll be hitting the dvd work outs instead of the usual cardio and strength workouts for most of the week.  I'll need to make up today to get seven hours in for the week.

Well yesterday was a complete failure...but I must remind myself that my setbacks are just a way of setting myself up for my comebacks...so with that said...I just just took my assistance.  I have been off of my assistance for about three weeks and doing quite well. However, I now realize that it is needed again.  I have my first bottle of water sitting here getting to room temperature and I hope to have it down within the hour.  I am going to attempt to keep my carbs relatively low but we all know that this is easier said than done.  Although my schedule is REALLY busy right now, I plan to get at least a couple of days of walking in. 

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

OK MsFaith, its comeback time.  Step away from the carbs, sip tha****er, and remember you can tke an indoor "walk" when you're short on time.

Awwww, (((((MsPickles))))).� I have actually been off the scale for a week.� I know my calories are good and last week my work outs were excellent.� I can also tell I am up just by looking at theses swelled legs.� I just refuse look at it on the scale.�

Did pretty okay yesterday - until I gave in to the snack monster.  Why do I do that to myself???!!!!

I get my hair cut this evening - I'll be in the gym Wed, Thur AND Fri this week.

I'm going to stick to the plan today even if I have to kill somebody.........

I was on a roll on Thur, Fri, and Sat was walking 3.5 miles a day. Did I exercise Sun and Mon Heck NO?!!!!
Today when I get off work I will be hitting the track, today, tomorrow, and the next day. Eating was ok as well. Took my vitamins today but hadn't aken any since Wednesday of last week but I'm back on track now with them.
