I started this group as I got past one year post-op and became more interested in the quality of the food I'm eating rather than simply losing weight. my interests include whole foods, organic produce and meat from grass fed animals.

everyone is welcome, carnivores & vegans alike. if you are interested in QUALITY of food, c'mon over.

I'd like to add that I don't really know that much about it, but hopefully the group brings together enough people that we can all learn from each other.

I've been looking into joining my local coop. Hopefully I can save some money because my local supermarkets are killing my pockets when it comes to purchasing organic food.

I hear you!  the selection in my little town is poor and expensive, produce that is fresh organic and frozen organic.
