Hope the weekend was a good one.� Sorry I missed Sunday, no internet access. Please put this thread up tomorrow if its not up by 10 am. I'm awaiting a new dsl modem and must hit a fast food joint until it arrives.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Ok folks, I've missed a day but both Sat and Sun went ok.� I'm dreaming if I think I'll catch up with the days totals that I missed but I do know I had a good work out week and a calorie deficit in the two pound loss range.� Of course I haven't lost anything and I'm still retaining water.��
The weekend�was high carb but calories ok
Saturday
Calories 1157/ protein 100g/ net carb 71/ fat 54g
Sunday estimate
Calories 1247/ protein 115g/ net carb 80/ fat 39g
All vits taken, water 80 oz done, no exercise scheduled.�
This weeks plan is to get the carbs back to where they should be: under 50g net.��Protein minimum 100g, and�80 oz liquids including 1pt plain water.� Workouts: 6 hours cardio;�3 hours strength; 1/2 hour free style.� All vits of course.� I will do this!�

OK, I finally made it over the hump by only a few ounces so I am not going to step on the scale for a few days because I know tomorrow those few ounces will likely be back.
I have to stay on course in order to truly be over this hump and continue to move on. I know how my brain works and I know tomorrow I will be wanting to eat bad cause this is the lowest I have been in a while, but I will fight that because I want to lose this weight.
10 pounds down. 40 to go. Can't believe it took me 2 1/2 months to lose 10 freaking pounds. But i'm happy

I refuse to weigh because I am visibly bloated right now. I understand what you mean taking so long to loose 10 lbs. I had 28 lbs to loose back in August and I still have 12 lbs to go damnit. I am not happy having lost just about 2 lbs for 2010. But I'm sticking to the program cause there's no other choice.

Whaddup???!!!!! Hit the gym this morning and have finished my protein shake. I made a crustless quiche yesterday - cheese and sausage - I will have a bit of that in a lil bit.
Not sure about lunch - I would like to find someplace to get a grilled chicken salad.
Dinner - probably chicken breast and marinated cucumber salad or squash.
Shooting for 60oz of water - really need to focus on getting that in.

I am slowly getting back on track, I have great restriction, now I just need to get my butt back to exercise on a regular basis ...thanks for these posts!
