TGIF!!!!!  I am off today - but just got out of the gym - did my usual 5am routine! 230lbs on the incline leg press today; 2 smooth sets with no problem - my body is LOVING this weight shyt! 

Drinking my protein shake now, will make coffee in a lil bit and have some sausage and a bagel a lil later this morning...... I'll have a grilled chicken salad for lunch and for dinner......haven't decided yet.

already took my vitamins, and I made a fresh gallon of iced tea last night, so that's my 'project' for today. 

MAN am I glad it's the weekend!!!!!  Have a good one lady

Be careful on those leg presses,  that is how I tore my ligament the first time pushing up a ton of weight.   I was doing the weight guys in the gym was doing which is not hard because leg muscles are so strong,  but we have weaker knees and there is a lot stress on them when you do it.

Bad news on the knee.   Went to orthopedic doc she thinks I tore my ACL and LCL, she couldn't tell definately because of the swelling and pain, but she said my knee should not be this sore and swollen and hot after a 2 month ago injury. 

So I am due for a MRI on the 23rd to check if it is those tore ligaments she suspects,  if it is I have to have knee surgery to repair it because my knee is so loose and is just not healing.

I am beyond annoyed with my body right now.   I just feel like I have one thing break right after another and it really sucks.  

If I have to get surgery that is a 9 month recovery,  Which means my can't lose weight ass will gain weight like a mother.    I am praying with all my might that I don't have to have surgery.

Damn, hope it does not need surgery.  You may seriously need to explore upper body only cardio workouts.

Yesterday started and ended bad with me doing ok in the middle.  Crackers, cheese, and a biscut were my undoing.  Of course I'm allergic to dairy so I'm swollen and wheezing and stopped up on both ends. 

All other food was protein and veg.  Vitamins and water in check.  Calories in line for a two pound deficit for the week.  I'm three days behind on the details, gotta catch up. 

Last week my exercise was weak.  I'm rocking it this week.  All strength training for the is week done.  One hour of cardio and one hour of something fun left for the week's workouts.
