I've done my 2 1/2 hrs strength for the week and I have two hrs cardio and one free hour of workout time to go between today and Saturday.  Exercise is finally on track mid week.  No catch up needed.

I'm behind on the numbers but I fell between 1100 and 1200 calories for Wednesday vs my high cal Tuesday.  I'm still on track for a two pound loss calorie deficit for the week.  Vits taken and over my water limit for the day.

Today will be rough because I did some wee hour nibbling early today.  If I want to stay on point all I got left is dense protein and protein powder.  I gobbled up everything else by six am.

I lost another freaking pound so that puts me back at the weight I was 2 weeks ago.   LOL.

I feel ya 

I have not recorded my weight in days because I know I'm about five pounds up.  I can see the swelling.

Not a gym morning (thank goodness......it wouldn't have gotten done!)  Pretty good on the eating, working on water.

Hitting the gym tomorrow morning, and have my first session with my newly hired trainer on Sat morning - I'm about to turn on the afterburner!!!

Personal trainer, you go girl.  I only wish. 

I hit the gym hard today and I am wiped out.  I want to sleep for a few days.
