LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I did the dang gon thing yesterday – hit the gym, stayed pretty good on eating, although – I don’t think I ate enough….. I just wasn’t hungry. Got a lil stress going on – it’s making be bug out.
Hit the gym this morning – short workout but I’m hitting 220lbs on the standing calf raise and 35lb on triceps – I’m digging that ish! LOL
Protein shake and bagel for b-fast. I’m going to cut out of work early today and go catch a movie with a friend – I think I will also treat myself to a steak dinner as well!
But I still need to get my water in line – that isn’t where it needs to be…..

My body is so dam stupid, it will lose a pound gain 3, lose a pound, gain 2, it's like I can never get over this hurdle, but i'm gonna keep pushing and not have a cheat day until I do, hopefully it will take a few days.
I started electrode therapy on my knee yesterday and I do believe it feels a little better this morning.
No worry though, the portion was under control and it was a meal replacement. I did over two hours at the gym so I paid it forward with an extra half hour of strength training.
I got the vits and water in but no plain water. Food stats to follow.
