I had wls in 2000 I started out at 250lbs I got down to 135lbs.  But in 2006 I got pregnant and gained 30lbs.  I got back up to 200lbs, but lost back down to 170lbs.  But have since gained back up to 200lbs.  I was drinking, but have now stopped.  I know my pouch is not stretched because I can still barely  eat.  That's my problem, I only eat about once a day.  Any suggestions
on how to get the weight back off?

thx

go bak to the basics and exercise.  Also, eating 1 meal a day does not help your weight loss...you have to eat to loose!  I had my surgery in 2001 and I have also regained about 25 lbs.  I need to follow my own advice and go back to the basics and up my exercise,  Good LucK!

Thx. Deep down I knew that was my problem.  I did the 5 day pouch test, and have lost almost 10lbs.  So, hopefully I'm on my way.

What kinds of food are you eating?  Are you getting in enough protien, water and taking your supplements?

Back to basics is a start.  Kick the bad habits.

I can't relate to being ten years post op but when I'm not doing right for a few days its back to basics.  At a year out I still regularly weigh and measure my food and basically live by the rules.  I have "free"  meals, but I monitor content and frequency.  I also joined Overeaters Anonymous to deal with the head issues (link in siggy line).

You can do this.  You've already proven it once.
