SORRY GUYS INSANITY IS CANCELLED FOR NOW.

Hi Yall

I am sorry to report that I tried to do the fit test for Insanity tonight and my knee buckled to the side and I hit to floor in pain.   Needless to say Becca is beyond pist with me for pushing it.

I start seeing a orthopedic doctor on Thursday, and will start a plan of how to heal me then I suppose, but for now Insanity is on hold until I get this ligament healed.

I am still going to do it of course, I just have to put it off or a little.   I will keep you guys posted on what happens at the new knee doctor.

I'm bummed but there is no way this knee can take the pounding and jumping.  It is to weak and it keeps popping and slipping. 

So it is not cancelled for good just for now,  so that gives you guys time to think about it and get yours.

Awww poor Pickle...sorry the knee is not doing right by you.  By take care of it so that you can get back to what you love quickly!  When you start the insanity i will start with Jillian Michaels 30 day program.  I will check in with you on Thursday to see how things went!

Girl... Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is a b***h!  I have been doing that program since August of 2009 and I have not gotten above the 2nd level yet!  every time it just about kills me!  I guess when I get my surgery date and some of this weight comes off I will be able to kick some Jillian butt!

I should have my Insanity by then.  I'm in, but modified to "serious mental health issues" vs "insanity" to account for my physical problems. 

If I had a healthy knee I would kick your ass for that Crippled Pickle.

I am so annoyed by this injury, but I am forced to let it heal now.

Man P..... I am sending out all my positive thoughts, vibes and prayers for a healing for your knees. You are going through it...BUT i love how you are keeping a positive attitude. That helps more than anything. HUGS!!!

Thanks MD,  I am catching hell these passed few months, first the bum discs in my back, now my knees yet again. 

Becca is begging me to take care of myself and sit down for once, but that is so hard for me.

Hey Pickle, I'm sorry that you didn't get to do it now BUT I am even happier you are seeing an orthopedic doctor.  The goal is permanent healing.  Even if you could do it now and weren't completely healed, the risk of permanently injuring the knee is too great!  There will be plenty of time to go insane when you knee is strong.

There is no more putting it off, I have to see the ortho because I haven't been able to walk without a limp in over a month now.   My knee is always swollen and it is so hot you can feel the heat through my jeans without even touching my knee.

I have a Grand Canyon hike on April 5th.   If my knee isn't healed we are going to cancel the hike portion of the trip and just enjoy everything else.
