Sunday dinner.....what that is again???? LOL!!!
Happy Sunday Mack.....aint nothing wrong with taking a breather from cooking when you can..... I have been taking a breather from Sunday cooking for the last few years.. with the exception of the last few weeks or a week here or there.
I am firing up the crock pot with some chicken, onion soup and cream of mushroom soup. Made some cabbage to go with it. I think I will add a little brown rice on the side. Thats it...they can take it or leave it.
Getting ready to head out in a few for church...take it easy.

I've got some ground beef and a couple of pork chops to throw in the oven/ slow cooker. Anything that requires little attention from me and shuts off automatically will do. Just call me the ADD Chef.

I feel you lol - hey sometimes it be's like that and since you don't have to cook then dont! I don't blame you. I am actually cooking today though since me and my dtr ate out for lunch yesterday and and I had a date last night and had dinner out - so i feel the need to - "do the right thing" like Spike Lee say lol. Soooo i'm making hot italian turkey sausage links sauteed with peppers & onions spaghetti sauce and angel hair pasta with garlic toast and steamed brococoli. I also have laid out some frozen chicken breast to make for salads next week for lunch. And if the spirit really moves me i may do some tuna salad.

Just left church and had to stop by my job for a minutwe. I have Lean HB meat and seasoned chicken in the frig at home waiting for me - either the oven or crockpot. I really like when I pack my lunch for work and have something to heat up when I get home during the week.
It is really stressful at work right now and I've lost a couple of pounds that I did not try to lose so it is really important for me to eat right at this time. Think I'll add brown rice and vegs with it......

Dinner: (soma y'all call it Lunch)
Tuna Salad and Ryvita Multi-grain crackers, with Iced Hazelnut Coffee (home-made with chicory coffee, a NOLA specialty, and half and half!)
Supper:
A beef and shrimp Fajita in whole wheat tortilla with sauteed 4-color pepper blend, sweet onion, sour cream and guacamole, washed down with Turkey Hill Mojito Green Tea!
Full fat...full flavor...Lovin' my DS since 2/25/09 212 lbs lost!
3/16/10 your a newbie. ITs worth seeing them eat while ur on the liquid phase you will reap the rewards later on. Stay strong. I can eat rice and I wish that I couldn't because i've been on a rice graze this whole week now I have to drink more protein shakes.
Tis better to be dis-liked than to be loved by them cuz your always on their mind.
