Hey OA,

I will be back to post more later....heading to church but I am on track. I have been exercising and eating right in the last few days. I will report more on my mndset later.

ETA: Well....I had to start on my FenFen again to get me over this hump. Ever since the girl scout cookies my in between snacking had increased. Just doing it without thinking. My plan of attack is to be more visible on the board about WLS related items and stay away from the extraneous topics...just an avoidance measure. I still have my goal.

I have been getting in my exercise (cardio...no weights though) BUT I am so looking forward to the Spring. I know that Spring brings with it a renewed sence of life and energy for me. Beautiful weather brings out the best in me.


The low carb was killing me. I am going to eat normally until the medicatiion kicks in and then go back to basics with Protein Shakes & liquid Protein for a week. I know that i will have to force myself to eat at that point so this should be a piece of ....ummmmm easy.

As Ms Faith puts it, use that "assistance"  If my bp was not so high I'd get some "asistance" myself.  Do what you've got to do girl.

I did�so so�this weekend.� I'm getting all my liquids in including some plain water.� I'm doing ok on the supplements (that I'm not out of).� I'm eating on point.� My exercise has sucked all week and I have to clean that up starting today.���

I have not been tracking in detail lately, not that it ever made a difference with weight loss.�� Its less frustrating not knowing exactly what I should be loosing given my calorie deficit.� However, it has some weird head issues for me.� I feel like I'm expanding cause I must be eating too much since I don't know the exact weights and calories of every morsel.� When I get dressed I expect my clothes not to fit and my belly looks HUGE.�

Given I'm already a major head case I'm going back to weights and measures and calorie calcs.� I also noticed that I never fall off my exercis when I know exactly what I'm burning.�

Time to weigh my breakfast.��Throw on my workout clothes.��Hit the church, then hit the gym.�

I've been doing pretty well - yesterday was all over the place - had too much to do and really didn't eat that much. 

I'm going to hit the park for some running and mind clearing later on - right now - I'm just chillin.  I can tell the altered workouts are hitting the spot - I'm STILL a lil tired from Friday's workout.  BUT - even though I am off tomorrow - will STILL hit the gym at 5am! 

Now - after that...... LOL!

went to church (rare for me nowadays.....only cause my baby boy asked me to come with him and his grandparents lol) and lots of people were like "wow". Made me feel good cause I. Still. Dont. See. It.
 
But I DID have to seriously digg through the closet to find something that would fit. That felt good.  I found something, but it was pinned, rubberbanded, tucked and taped within an inch of it's life to make it fit properly! Guess I need to do a closet clean to get rid  of the oversized church clothes.

Just came from the gym and did 2 1/2 miles on the eliptical in 30 minutes. Now sipping a protien shake and trying to muster the strength to clean the house...

Tommorow is my weigh in and I hope I have hit 80 pounds lost by Monday. I've been noshing at night the past couple of days, so I will have to wait and see. No matter what the outcome, I pray I remain focused on my eating and exercise routine.

Get rid of those old clothes cause you will NEVER EVER fit them again.  Ain't that just grand!

WORKOUT:  I WILL TRY TO DO THE INSANITY FIT TEST,  BUT MY KNEE IS REALLY WEAK AND KEEPS SLIPPING AND SNAPPING SO I DON'T KNOW.

EXACTLY 1 MONTH BEFORE I AM DUE TO START WEARING THOSE DAM 14'S FULL TIME.  WE SHALL SEE WHAT HAPPENS.  

I WILL DO IT.

You better look for some wheelchair based cardio and sit that @$$... um... er... I mean knee down and let it rest.  Shift to workouts for old folks till that knee heals.  

  You'll always be our Workout Super Shero.  No need to snap that knee in two... or three... or ??? pieces???
