Hey lady!!!!  I was soooo waiting on this post this morning - I'm STOKED   LOL

I rocked it at the gym this morning - I've made some progress on my upper body that I'm happy with.  I'm now using 85lbs on the lat pulldown and 35 on the tricep pulldown using the rope attachment.  Still 200 on leg press but I'll move that to 220 next week and 200 standing calf raise.

And just to show off - did two sets of bicep curls with the straight bar - 40lbs....SWEET!!!!!

Ok - enough 'metal head' talk.  I just finished my protein shake and fiber one pancake, about to get ready for the day.  I'm craving seafood so I will find some place to grab some grilled fish and veggies.  Taking a half day at work, so I might just treat myself to an afternoon movie. 

This weekend should be cool - it's nice out, so I'll hit the park with babygirl at some point and will spend the weekend just chillin - I need some relax time.

Well damn Ms #1MM, that's a slammin' workout!      This is my green eyed monster of jealousy, lol. 

Cardio has been good but strength especially upper as been kicking my @$$ lately.  I need to use lower and lower weights.  Thank God I stil looked toned.  Except the abs...   Starting to have big flabby skin issues.

I wanted to eat all day yesterday.  Fortunately I had fresh veg and only wls friendly foods around. Still I worry about overeating and bad habits like low cal binge eating.

Finally, got the water up to speed but  I'm still struggling with vits and other meds not wanting to go down.  Mults still pending.  I'm trying to come to grips emotionally with why I'm not loosing weight before It results in disaster. 

To use MsFaiths term,  It may be time for some assistance.  I've been hoping that eating to maintain 131 lbs would result n even slow loss but so far its not happening.  Fortunately, focusing on the head issues related to food give me  a more poitive distraction.

Caught up with workouts last night.  Did cardio and chest/shoulder routines.  Got one more cardio session this week, which I'm sure I'll wait till Saturday to do.

Still bloating off and on.  Only had one slice of my son's birthday cake yesterday.  Don't plan on having any more.  It's Devil's Food, which is not my favorite.  Think Wifey planned it like that : ) which is cool.  Back in the day, there would be none left the next day. 

Bout to hit morning chow:  bacon, grits and protein coffee.  Other than that, hoping for an easy Friday.  Thinking bbq chicken tonight, maybe....

I have been killing it at the gym lately.  I can see my body re-defining and I love it.  If only there was a cure for these thighs!  Ugghhhh!

Need to work on getting my water intake back at 128 ounces.  Also, I need to work on the late night snacking habit.  If I could sleep through the night, that would help.

Vitamins are always on point.

Yea cookie,  love the muscle definition.  I wish I could fix these inner thighs of mine too.

I am still working on my goal which is so hard on this torn ligament,  I'm gonna email my doc again and tell his ass I am hiking the Grand Canyon I need a dam shot.

I am going to have to push Insanity back a few days until some more swellinf goes down.

Take care of that ligament.  If a shot will get you through go  for it. 

I'm still thinking about insanity.  Maybe I'll be ready by then.
