Edit....Ok....well what about the body cleanse

Since no body that has viewed this so far has any new media (CD, DVDs ) titles to share, I'd like to change the subject and save the bandwidth. I had heard others talk on the board about body cleansing. Its was my understanding that it not only helps with colon and liver health but it helps to lose weight and get back on track. Well....I have been taking a body cleansing system for the last 4 or 5 days and I am here to tell you that it works. I feel better and have lost like 3 pounds in the last few days. Now...my question is...is this fat weight loss or  weight loss? It really does not matter to me....its helping my mindset cuz I really don't want to put junk in my system now that I know that I am getting cleaned out. 

At this time, I would like to ask for more feedback on body cleansing. If you have tried it...what are your thoughts?

I am using Enzymatic Whole Body Cleanse. I purchased it at Wal-mart. It is a high fiber, all natural cleanse or so thats what the box says.... It makes you have at least 1 BM a day and is suppose to detoxify the system. It also says that it aids in weight loss....I am uncertain how it does that....but as I said I have lost 3 pounds. It specifically states that it does not absorb all of the nutrients like other cleanses.  Main thing for me....I don't want to start toxifying my system again...with the sugar, grease etc etc...  So I definitely feel better and its helping me.
