HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
I am doing it. My goal was to exercise 5 days 20 or more minutes and to be mindful of grazing and I am doing good on both fronts. Exercise is better than my grazing but I journal every thing I put in my mouth, so that alone is helping me with grazing. and my scale is going in the right direction and it is about time because I could not afford to get any closer to the next 100.
