  today's cardio and core gym morning was ummm.....'preempted' by nocturnal activities......

but I stayed on track with my eating!  LOL

"Nocturnal" activities often encompass both cardio and strength...  and added protein intake.

No gym last night.  Tired plus work stuff bleeding over to home.  "...some bullsh*t Lardo"...

Still tired, but gotta hit the gym tonight.  I'll doulbe up to make up for last night.  Got cardio (which was due last night), plus chest, shoulders, abs.

B:  4 bacons, grits with cheese
L: fried chicken breast, turnip greens

Son's birthday today.  Wifey already planning to bake a cake so pray for me....

Cake = danger zone but you'll do ok.  Just a little extra cardio will keep you straight.

I finally got my water in yesterday and it looks good for today too.

I ate more than planned from my estimated calories but all protein with a little veg so I'm not going to sweat it.  Still making up on the workouts, not good.  Still off on the vits, really bad.

Today its meat and veg with a little fruit, all of my water, all vits except the multis I still hav not gotten.

Eating well, exercising, and still not losing any dam weight.  

How the **** am I suppose to be 14 on the 14th if I don't lose any dam weight.

Protien..barely made it. Vits..forgot 1 of my iron today and my last calcium supp. Water...16 oz short of norm. Today I was ripping and running like a mad woman....glad that today is not a scheduled gym day b/c "I' s tied"
 
Also...last couple of gym days, my body ha**** some sort of wall where it has been really HARD to complete my routine ..but I've been keeping up with the routine even though it damn near killed me the last couple of workouts. I wonder what's going on as I have never worked out consistently or hard enough in the past to recognize this feeling...I plan to just push through it.
