Howard Stern vs. Gabourey Sidibe

i personally don't waste much time with what "shock jocks" say.  they're paid to make "shocking" statements to get folks riled up, irritated, irked, peeved, incensed, angry, etc, etc...

(i put him in the same catagory as rush limbaugh and glen beck...and a list of others...)

He.Is.An.Ass.

When Howard Stern opens his mouth it spews ignorance and filth.  He's a loser.

Stern is a rude and ignorant azz  !   


Gabby is talented and beautiful and her opportunities will prevail.

Nothing that Howard stern says surprises me because that's his job and apparently some people seem to find him enjoyable. I think he is a sick, demented , small minded man. What disappoints me most in this story is his side-kick Robin. She is a woman of color who is of average size and I feel that her commentary could have been said with less of a sting to it. I told my hubby the other night that I worry for Gabby's health because she is at an unhealthy size and yes she is very bubbly when she gives an interview and says how much she loves her size. But Mo'nique used to say those same things also and Oprah has been fighting this battle for a long time. I wish her nothing but success but we all know how weight can get in the way of life.

Maybe she feels qualified to be judgmental because she lost some weight on that Master Cleanse diet.  She was never morbidly obese though.  

For most of us, that stuff doesn't work long term.

Howard Stern = Ick! 

Typical Howard Stern drivel for attention. The only surprise to me in this is that he is still on the air with such a HUGE fan base. Talk about a crowd in need of a life!

As for Robin, she is in the mix to get a paycheck riding Stern's coattails.  I wonder if deep down she really feels the compromises she made to do so.

Regarding Gabourey, my bet is that there will be roles CREATED for her.  She has plenty of offers coming in, so time will tell the tale there.  I'd like to see her drop some weight for her health & longevity.
