LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Shamefully I'm still a slacker with the vitamins and water. My vits won't arrive for a few days and I'm just not getting the liquids in lately. Its like being a newbie again but I'm still working on it.
Food was good. No bad choices, just a few crackers that were on the plan. Otherwise, a little fruit, some veg, and about 90% protein. I wish I could have skipped my last feeding but I wanted it so I had it. I'm not yet there where I only eat when hungry. My only 'sin' was an unplanned shot of bourbon. My workouts are not all caught up yet but they will be. I will get 6 hrs cardio and 3 hrs strength in for the week.
Today will be better. No alchohol, more water, no carb foods. Still waiting for the multi vits but I'll take what I have on hand.

Just got out of the gym - full body weights and my new 'revised' cardio on the treadmill. I may very well be running by next week for real!
Protein shake and toast for now, lunch is up in the air - my boss is out of the office until week AFTER next....so....ummm..... I'm bout to CRUISE and CHILL!!!! May treat myself to a steak lunch.

Good exercise session last night, although it's tough sometimes cause my buddy likes to walk around and talk and look more than workout. Did back, arms and abs. Got cardio tonight. I'll also throw in extended ab routine and probbly legs also.
Think I managed to get 100 grams protein in yesterday. I was at about 70 when I left work. After the gym, I fried up some pork tenderloin cut up into thin discs. So hopefully with the several peices of that plus the glass of mirk, I squeezed in the last 30.
Trying to focus on taking my vits earlier in the day like before leaving for work. Sometimes I end up not taking my first batch til late in the day. Then have to push my second batch off til late at night.
Other than that, all is kosher at this point. Loving it!!!!!
