I have to say, I'm proud of Mo'nique.........

for wearing a FULL LENGTH DRESS........ was it JUST me or were you holding your breath and hoping she didn't let them furry legs of hers  out for fresh air this time around??????

Her people must hail from someplace where hairy legs, pits and stashes are the ultimate in womanhood       .   I wasn'****ching but for the American viewing public everywhere, I'm glad she covered that mess up! 

Monique is from Baltimore.  And being a resident myself, I can tell you that we DO NOT GET DOWN LIKE THAT.  Her being a wookie is on her and is not indicative of our town.

I was thinking ancestry.  I've been to Md and have yet to run into any wookies, lol.

I've had conversations with several men that say that they actually like staches, hairy legs, chest hair and pit hair.  LOL!  Whew, good times ~ good times.

I know some guys who LOVE women with hairy legs. 

I was very proud of her too. I admire the fact that she can show her arms and feel comfortable. I on the other hand could not be showing off all my meat like that....I must have a scarf. I like the fact that she mentioned Hattie McDaniels. She can be very classy when she wants to be....

Did you see the Barbara Walter's interview with Mo'Nique? 

Her acceptance speech was done with so much class & style, she was totally prepared to get her award.   I'm glad she didn't get up there and go all willy nilly like a lot of other folks. .........I think Mo'Nique has the "hollywood game" down to a science!
