LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I had the right foods in available but nothing already cooked. Cooking was not on yesterday's agenda. What did I eat you may ask? Fruit and nuts. Of course calories and fat are way up for the day.
I'm still off on my water and vits. I was a slacker on the exercise too so there will be making up to do. For the missed time and for the extra calories. Damn, its only Tuesday and I'm already behind the curve.
I hit the gym this morning at 5:30 – cardio and core. Took a tip from a new friend and challenged myself to work up to a run on the treadmill – so I did 20 min, didn’t get into a run, but I discovered I’ve been doing the treadmill at a much slower pace than I should. When I amped up the speed a bit – I could feel the difference for real, even in my core. So, Tues and Thurs will be cardio and core for a while until I get that balanced.
Protein shake and bagel for b-fast. KFC for lunch is the plan. Dinner – have no idea, not in the mood for anything in particular…….
Vitamins are done and I’m on my first glass of water at work (already had a bottle at the gym) I’ve been drinking SF sparkling water – but I think I need to switch back to plain for a while.

L: 4 chicken scrips, fries
