Hit the gym at 5!  Knocked out full body weights and I'm working on running.  I got up to a really brisk walk speed on the treadmill, but didn't feel comfortable enough to bump it up any further.  I'm going to go back to 5 days a week - with Tues Thurs being cardio only - working on getting up to running on the treadmill.

Protein shake, vitamins are done - about to get ready for work.  I think I will get some KFC grilled chicken for lunch.  And I may treat myself to a grilled chicken salad from a BBQ place by my house - we will see!

I was actually up in time to make the gym's opening but got held up trying to   , lol.     I'm liking the running to my surprise.  Love the podrunner beats from MsPickles.  Makes it so easy.

I waffled between right and wrong last weekend especially yeaterday.   Uh... umm... mmmmm waffles       .  But I digress.

I left the waffles alone but I did indulge in too much of the ff / sf/ lc type snack foods.  Not on plan.  Calories stayed in check but its the bad habit that concerns me.  I never bought this stuff pre op.  It interferes with protein first big time for me. 

Water on point.  Workout day off.  Vits, still fkcu'n up and out of multis.  This is a correctol and gingerale day for me.  Those junk carbs are like a block of cheese for me.  I know, I know, TMI ! LOL!

For the week:  Protein first.  Focus is lean meats, seafood, a little fruit, some nuts, and a little veg.  Perhaps some lite low sodium soup for variety.  Plenty of protein powder.  The pantry and freezer are stocked.  Also some plain water.  At least a pint a day.  I need to get back to half water half other. 

My scale moved.  Not much but it moved by 0.6 lbs.  Lets hope a trend has started.  As of yesterday I am 25.2% fat per the military calculation and 21.9% fat per the YMCA calculation.  I thought by now I'd be nearer 20%.  The scale says 31.1% fat.  My ultimate goal is 18% body fat.  At this point I'll take the calculation that gets me there first.

I'm up 3 dam pounds, that is one pound for each day of eating bad.   Why the hell can't I lose a pound for each day of eating good.

 I think we both need a damned powerfull enema      .   I'm up a pound too today even though calories were good.   I swear those naughty foods must just get stuck.

Missed gym last Friday. Had a head cold; felt like sh*t. It's over now. Bringing the force tonight with cardio.

Bloated lately. Protein consumption is wishy washy. Need to do better.

B: 4 scrips bacon, grits with cheese, about to mix this protein powder with my coffee.

Yes luv, get that protein up there.  I'm comitting to no missed workouts this week.

I helped my uncle and his fiance move on Saturday so my legs and arms were killing me but i managed to put my new elliptical together with his help. Today...starts my total re-commitment to getting back on track with my goal. I have been playing here and there but the playing is evident in that the scale refuses to move. I know its time to move forward. I bought  full body cleanse and will drink shakes except for one meal. The goal is 1200 calories and 20 grams of carb or less. i will be seeing my surgeon this week for lab results so I look forward to seeing how well my vits and supp are maintaining me.

Protien vits and water in progess. Eating a killer salad right now. Veggies are GOOD...who knew??? And the zero cal dressing is a lifesaver. Today is a gym day..soooo...I will be there after work.
Yesterday I had a hard day @ the grocery store but I was a champ. I stood and stared at the 90 calorie special k bars for 7 MINUTES!!! They had a new chocolate covered pretzel one. I left them right there. It would be awesome if I could buy them and eat only on on occasion, but they are a trigger food for me.
