Goals for this week - BAF

My goals will be the same as last week.  It is harder than I thought to get BOT, but I am going to do it.  Goal this week is to exercise 5 times for 20 minutes or more and to be very mindful of grazing.  Think positive, have a good week everyone and take it "one day at a time."

Good for you declaring it to everyone.  It can make a world of difference in your follow though.
