LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I submitted to an oz of ff pringles and half an oz of cashews. Not the worst but unplanned. My only other carb was a tbsp of lc baking mix. I went out for a late night snack/ early morning breakfast and stuck with bacon and sausage despite my screaming desire for waffles and hash browns. Did good.
At last, January's weight gain has receeeded and I'm down the tiniest fraction of a pound, 0.6 to be exact since 1/21. My second wl of the year.
I barely got 70 oz water yesterday. Somehow the liquids are hard lately. I'm still out of vits and my workout has been half @$$ed at best. Perhaps my little half pound+ victory will kick start my motivation. I'm praying to see the 140's this month. I've been stuck in the 150's since before Thanksgiving.

I walked 4 miles today and it took me 1 hour and 6 min. I hobbled the entire time on my knee, but I did it.
I am eating well again starting today because I will be wearing those 14's come April 14 if it kills me.
I am tired of being stuck in chunk mode, I am going to be hiking the Grand Freaking Canyon on March 5th. So I am trying my best to get my knee in some kind of decent shape.
I know i'll be thin again and I think it's gonna be soon. I can just tell.
I am eating well again starting today because I will be wearing those 14's come April 14 if it kills me.
