lol okay @Trina - i thought the same thing 2 i guess everybody just chillaxin today.  There's a few posters that posted their dinner and it sounds so good.  Hopefully we will do better next Sunday lol - i did actually decide to make some chicken breast to make for my lunch next week.  I'm thinking a grilled chicken, strawberry & spinach salad with a creamy balsalmic vinegarette dressing.  I have to containers of spinach that need to be eaten next week or it's going bad.

Have a grea week girlie!!

Seeing that I coach my daughters cheer squad, and we had competition today (came in 3rd place), and I was at the school at 7:05am, and need to shrink my liver. These kids better heat up some chicken, or yesterday's pasta or drink a protein shake like me....  It's bad enough my daughter is running around with cotton candy and I'm like, "can I just smell it.... mmmm" lol (my liquid diet is optional, but I;m trying to be a trooper, today atleast...)

Wow...opposite for me. I actually turned the stove on this Sunday. I went to Church and it just seemed right for me to have a meal prepared for us for afterwards. I need to get with this tradition and pass it on to the girls rather than lay my butt in bed and direct them to heat up the Hot Pockets .

So...I cooked Meatloaf, Squash and Onions, Candied Yams, Mac and Cheese and Cornbread. I invited folks over so all is good...not much left over.

I put my new Eliptical together too....so its on baby!!!
