Well your doing the right thing, cause the way to get upper body strength is to pick up some weight, push up some weights, and pull up some weight, whether it be dumbbells or your body.
Becca is the weakest person I know she literally has no strength, I'm thinking i'm gonna get her doing something because it is really important.

I have been thinking about doing this program for a while, then saw the commercials this weekend. I'm going to check out the prices on ebay and qvc. Let me know when you will officially start. I'll see about getting them at the end of the week.
I'm challenging myself by joining this Fit-tastic walk/run club training to run a 5k-the Susan G. Komen in June here in Raleigh. This will help with changing up and working on my muscles and toning.
