NEW WORKOUT PLAN: INSANITY !!!

HEY YALL

I HAVE DECIDED I'M GONNA START INSANITY NEXT WEEK,  I AM GOING TO GIVE MY KNEE ANOTHER WEEK OR SO TO FINISH UP HEALING AND THEN IT'S ON.

I DID P90X,  I DID P90X PLUS AND NOW I'M ABOUT TO GO INSANE !!!!

ANYONE INSTRESTED IN TAKING THE CHALLENGE WITH ME ?????  NOOO, NOOO, NOOOOO 
WELL THEN SIT BACK AND WATCH ME SUFFER.


I WILL LET YOU GUYS KNOW A DAY OR TWO BEFORE I START.

Too funny...I happened across the infomercial last weekend!  I dont think I am strong enough to do that workout.  But the results looked impressive!  I am just getting back to where I was before my bout of bronchitis.  I DO want to be challenged...any recoomendations??

The Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shread is pretty tame,  to tame for me.  I almost fell asleep doing it many time.   LOL.

No it just wasn't challenging enough for m,e but I do still think it's a good workout just not for me.

Hmmm, I am thinking of accepting your challenge.....

I need time for contemplation; what's on the line?

It would be nice to have you on board.    You have 7 - 10 days to decide.   I am gonna give my knee another good week or so to finish healing and then i'm gonna start. 

Come on do it with me.   Order it,  order it.   You can even get it from QVC for $119,  I just checked the site and you have 30 days to return it if you can't hang. 

Deal! My sis is in the hospital again but I think her time in the joint is abt over with so I can sleep in my bed again instead of hospital chairs so the swelling in my legs should go down. I'll let you know when they come in.

You better keep me in check girl...I am hard headed!!!

I'm sick of the gym and I could use a challenge.  I need to check it out and let you know.  Sounds like kick ass but it might be good. 

Ok, Cool so you guys order yours,  I recommend QVC over ordering it from the Beach Body website that I posted above because with QVC you can return stuff in 30 days no questions asked, with Beach Body they give you a really hard time doing a return.

Oh and this is not a challenge because I only challenge myself,  this is something we will do together and encourage each other not challenge each other. 

I will give you guys a date sometime next week. 

I think I'll be watching from the siidelines.  I took a peak, looks like fun but way more upper body tha I'm ready for.  I'll be in the audience cheering you all on. 

Oh come on who doesn't want a great looking upper body.    Na it's cool.
