Man, I used to post almost every day on here but my work schedule has really killed my free time. I feel like I don't know anyone on here anymore so I decided I'd introduce myself. I'm Angie and I had rny Jan 2009 and I've lost gone from 301.5 to 188 and I'm kicking my butt to get the rest off. I look forward to reconnecting with the old heads and getting to know the new folks.

Hey Kim....thank you. I finally broke down and got a better smartphone with a data plan so as soon as I figure out how to use it, I plan on being able to check in more often while at work since I can't use their computers anymore.
