It's been a YEAR WOW!!
Hello family...
1 Year ago today I had gastric bypass and I haven't been the same since. Having the surgery was the best thing I could have ever done for me and my son who is the reason why I chose a healthy life over the life I had,
I've lost close to 130 pounds, I'm not at goal yet but I've never felt so alive and full of engery and I thank GOD everyday for the courage to go through with it. However family I need some help, looking for someone post-op like me in the Atlanta area (if possible) for some moral support and excerise buddy. If nothing more than moral support I'm good.
Again if you read this and you are PRE-OP do it dont' let another day go by being out of shpae and unhealthy.

It's been a great journey for me, I must admit it's had it's up and downs but I'm so blessed and thankful to have come this far. And I've said to many people if I don't loose another pound I'm thankful, because I'm now at a better place than I was last year!! To God be the glory.
