I weigh daily.  Had I never stopped the daily weigh ins perhaps I would not have gone from fat to obese.  Now that I'm fat again I plan to stay on that scale even after making goal.  My scale rules me.

I know if I had stuck to weighing daily I would not be up 80 pounds.  Hang in there and keep up the good work!

I am doing daily but prefer 2-3 times per week... I would like to way in on Mondays Thursdays and maybe Saturdays... I am going to try that.

I think 3 to 4 times is better than once a week.  You look great, keep up the good work!

Thanks Molly and I am rooting for you... It is a daily task for us and it is the hardest thing I have done.

As we all know tracking our weight  can be a glorious or down right agonizing experience, depending upon which way the scale moves, lol.....of course this is just going to come down to a personal preference.....i have a wall calendar close to where i weigh, so once a week, after my morning restroom and shower, i weigh myself...totally nude of course.....then i annotate that on the calendar.

just be consistent.....a big issue in weighing daily is that u weigh when u can, it may be early morning before work  or late evening after dinner......and as we all know depending on your workout that day, or how much u have eaten..that swing in weight can be as much as 6lbs in one day........i ran a 18k trail run once and weighed 5 and 1/2 pounds lighter after the race.,...of course (water).,.......but how believable is that.......i was back at my "normal" weight  a couple of days later after i was well hydrated.......its very easy to see from the calendar how I'm doing long term.......i have also found it easier to "tweak" my food intake and workouts better this way......if i jump on the scale and see i have gained say, 5lbs.......i simply play back what i ate over the last week, how much i have worked out and ask how/where did i gain the weight..........and adjust accordingly..............it just works for me      goodluck
