Daily or weekly weigh ins ???
Daily weigh in are very frustrating to me. I do weekly because depending on my sodium intake the scale moves up and down each day, which causes me to get disgusted and sometimes I feel like I am working to hard for nothing when the scale goes up. But I have found for me that weekly gives me a better look at y overall progress.
I been hitting it up twice daily. Once first thing in the morning and right before hitting the rack.
I tried to break myself into the once weekly thing but didn't work. I even put the scale in the attick thinking the increased work involved (i.e. climbing up there) to get it would deter me...nope. I just ended up climbing my silly but up there to get it.
So I just conceded to keeping it in the bathroom and checking it daily : )
