FRIDAY accountability time BAF. I know its still Thursday evening but I'm deep in bottomless pit syndrome. If I post now I have to stop eating or confess.
Have you worked this week to the max? Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you on point? If you're pre op, active weight loss, or maintaining you know what you should be doing. If you're not on your game you've got the weekend to redeem yourself.
Do not say "What the hell, I'll start clean next week". We all know how easy the pounds pile on. No bull ****ing, no self deception.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
All good foods, straight protein and veg just too much of it. I stuffted my pouch on the good stuff. Not a single carb, but a major head case grazing binge.
Hopefully by posting my day now I can make it stop. All I've got is lean protein and some low cal veg. I've got to go driving for anything else but back in the day I've done that. Hopefully I won't go there again tonight.
Eating yesterday was good too - went to lunch w/my mom and had beef fajitas smothered in poblanos and cheese (no tortillas) dinner was BBQ chicken pizza -thin crust.
Today tho, I'll do a thin bagel w/my protein shake after my workout, lunch will be KFC - new boneless fillets w/mashed potatoes and green beans. My mom volunteered to take the midget this weekend so after I drop her off at my mom's..... who knows what I'm liable to get into???? hehehehehhe

I am motivated to get the scale moving in the right direction! I can not reiterate enough how tough this journey is and it is NOT the easy way out! I am proud to report that my scale said 191.4 this morning. I still have about 6 more pounds to lose before I get back to my lowest weight from mid January.
OA KCB I miss you on the other board. I promise after March 27th to get back into the swing of things.

I just finished the jogging/running program in my treadmill. This is a first for me...I actually completed it! The speed was set at 3.5 to 4.8 and it did give me breaks down to 3.3.

I'm going to do this again after lunch. This was a MAJOR NSV for me. I usually run, walk or jog and step off when I'm ready. This program forced me to complete and I feel great!
