Hey hey BAF Family!  It's WEDNESDAY accountability time.
 
You should be settled into your plan for the week. 
Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Are you on your program and working it like you should be?  No bull ****  You can't really fool your self because you always know the truth.  There's only one truth so are you with it or not?  Protein, water, supplements, portion control, exercise both cardio and strength... every day! 

There are quite a few newer ops and pre ops amongst us so this is for you: 

If you are on liquids, or soft foods, or zero carbs... Be it pre op or post op...  Step away from what ever is not on your plan immediatly.  YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!! 

Stop the one last gorge sessions and don't get into the I'll just try a taste mode.  That way of thinking got us all here in the first place.

Been out of the gym for a week last week.  Was on travel for work and ate ALL the wrong stuff.  Felt guilty cuz the gym was on my floor and I passed by it every time I left my room.  Be that as it may.  I got back in Monday night so I'm back in the groove.  Actually, I felt great last night with strength training.  I felt stronger.  Maybe an occassional week off is good.

Still struggling with protein.  Yesterday was probably the first time I got over 100 grams in one day in a while.  Yeah, that's bad!!!  So I gotta get that going quick fast and in a hurry!!

I'm about to have my protein coffee.  Already had my 4 scrips of bacon this morning.  Got cardio tonight.

Still Motiviated!!!!!

I'm back in the gym today too.  Crazy thing is having skipped a few days I feel fatter, lol.  I've also been remiss on the protein but it stops today.

Yesterday was good food wise. No carbs except for half an apple and a little veg. Impressive fr me cause I had to pass up a lovely snack buffet filled with crackers od different varieties. I did not even hit the protein for fear of the carbs. I'm protein focused this week, trying to ramp it back up to 100g.

My bad on the the vits and water. I'm still out of multi's but I'm stocking up on everything this week. Water was dismal, just a quart of sf Hawian Punch.

Did my 5am thing in the gym - good workout too - I'm focusing on upper body - 30lbs on the rope tricep pulldown - I like that ish!  LOL

Food is good - picked up more protein powder yesterday, had my shake and 100cal sammich thin this morning - got another one and sausage coming up at 10, then a salad w/3 boiled eggs for lunch

dinner?  salmon croquettes and fried okra most likely.  sweet potato pie for dessert

vitamins - done
water - shooting for 60 oz

Make it a great day!!!!

Water going, vits in protien in progress. Today is not a shceduled gym day and I am glad cause I stayed up too late and am  tired and cranky. I ate two unplanned cookies about an hour ago. It's all good, not gonna use that as an excuse to binge or get dicouraged. Back on my plan as of this minute.

The hardest part is to stop at two.  I can't.  I buy a box of cookies, have two, then destroy the rest immediatly.  It is getting expensice at $1.50 a cookie.  I hope this program I'm working eventually gets me to where you are.

No girl, the 2 cookies were at work. I gave away  the rest to get them away from me. I cant have cookies, ice cream, protien bars, granola bars, or real cheese in my house or in my presense I will binge.
