Quick Question Re: Protein Drinks
Has anyone ever tried, Body Fortress, fruit flavor protien shots 2.9 oz/26g of protein? I am thinking of buying some online, but wanted to know if anybody tried. The milk based protiens irritate my stomach now so I stopped taking them, well my hair is falling out like you wouldn't believe! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've tried them and they are tolerable. The good thing is the small amount. Just add a little water because they taste kinda like jello before it gets hard. I didn't like that consistency so I added a little water to them.

Maybe an 1 inch of hair. NO this is no joke I don't have the time to post the pictures. But today I went to the beauty shop and got it cut to the length that had the most hair. That would be the 1 inches length.nOT ONLY IS IT CUT SHORT IT THINNER THAN EVER. I never was one to worry about hair now I know better all I can do is get a cry.
